A Dutch customer contacted us to inquire about this ZPMC FH1200.24.A1B gearbox. We inspected the transmission and gave it a complete overhaul. After the modification was successful, we tested and prepared to ship the gear unit back to the customer.

The scope of work:

- Pre-check the alignment of the electric motor and record it on one side
- Remove 1x clutch/brake disc and 1x input shaft sprocket
- Check and measure the axial clearance of the input shaft
- Adjust bearing caps
- Visual inspection and reporting of gearbox interiors
- Check and install bearing caps on gearbox
- Reassemble 1x clutch/brake disc and 1x sprocket.for input shaft
-Realign and capture the electric motor on one side
