Especially in some large-scale construction projects, there are many walkie-talkies, and they are centralized, and the remote control of the pump truck is inevitably interfered by the surrounding environment.

If the remote control fails at the construction site, there are many reasons. For example, the remote control battery is out of power, and the “remote control/surface control” operation switch on the electrical control box panel is switched to the “surface control” side; the emergency stop switch is accidentally pressed Fault, remote control bus failure, etc. After excluding the above reasons, for the problems of the remote control itself, you can operate the power switch on the transmitter to restart it several times; or switch the remote control receiver several times through the “remote control/surface control” operation switch. Generally speaking, after several times, the remote control of the pump truck can continue to be used.

Each remote control of Zoomlion pump truck has 12 working frequency points. During use, if there is frequency interference around, the method of switching is to restart the transmitter or press and hold the transmitter start button (horn button) for 5 seconds, and the remote control will automatically switch to another frequency point to avoid the interference frequency point. . If interference still occurs after adjustment, you can repeat it several times until you choose a frequency point that does not interfere with the work.

If the radio remote control still does not work after the above operations, turn the “remote control/surface control” operation switch on the electrical control box to the “surface control” state, and use the small electrical control box next to the mixing hopper On the reverse pump switch to wash the pump, and then wait for the troubleshooting. Or connect the wired remote control to the electric control box to operate the wired function of the car.

There is a problem with the electrical system

Generally, manual control devices are installed on the pump truck, which is convenient for users to use in the emergency situation of the pump truck. First, open the discharge valve under the hopper to discharge the concrete in the hopper; put a wet sponge ball in the tail hose, and manually operate the boom valve block to tilt the pump truck’s boom upward and horizontal to a 30 degree angle Direction, while pressing the reverse pump button on the control valve block, then press a button for the main cylinder reversing on the control valve block, and after hearing the sound of holding the pump, release the reversing button. Then press the other reversing button on the control valve block, and repeat the operation until the concrete is completely discharged from the pump truck.
