Generally, there are two reasons for the shorter main cylinder stroke:
a. The main cylinder leaks, and long-term operation will cause the stroke to become shorter. When the leak in the main cylinder is small, the preset pressure can be reached by holding the pressure (close the shut-off valve), so it is not possible to judge whether the seal of the master cylinder is damaged by holding the pressure.
b. There are 4 one-way valves in a set of equipment. Generally, one-way valve on the rod cavity plays a role of oil supplement. When the one-way valve on the rod cavity is damaged (such as normal wear and tear, the spool cannot be opened smoothly), When the piston of the cylinder pushes forward by one cylinder and retreats, the retraction cylinder must be refilled through the rod cavity check valve of the extension cylinder to ensure that the retraction cylinder can be retracted to the bottom, because when the cylinder is retracted, when the piston runs to “U” In the area of ​​the ”-shaped tube, the oil in the rod cavity is returned to the main hydraulic system through the rodless cavity check valve (this check valve has the function of cooling the oil and buffering the piston), and it must be extended by The rod cavity check valve replenishes the retreat cylinder, otherwise the cylinder cannot return to the specified position. Long-term operation will cause the stroke of the master cylinder to become shorter.
