description
The piston of the concrete pump truck is a vulnerable part, and it can be up to 2-3 million cubic meters of concrete under normal conditions.
What factors may shorten the life of the piston?
1. The piston and the expansion cylinder are not on the same axis
This is mainly a problem during assembly. The booster cylinder and the piston have not been calibrated by the axis. The main failure phenomenon is the partial wear of the piston, and the bending and wear of the piston lip is more serious, but this will only appear on the new car. If this problem only occurs after you recently replaced the jack cylinder, it means that the coaxiality of the jack cylinder and the piston is alternated. It may be that the coaxiality was not calibrated during installation, so you need to recalibrate the coaxiality of the two. A piston or a pressurized cylinder is not good and will reduce all overlaps. Therefore, those who have changed the pressurized cylinder must remember to check the working conditions of the piston. Once you find that concrete has run into the water tank, you should check it immediately.
2. Lubrication system failure
The concrete cylinder will lubricate the piston on the side close to the water tank. Generally, grease or hydraulic oil is used as a lubricant. If you find that the piston is worn out, if you find that there is no grease on the piston or there are scratches on the piston surface after removing the piston, it means the lubrication system No job, what is the reason for the investigation? Check for lack of lubricating oil? Is the grease label (generally 00#, winter 000#) used correctly? Check whether the lubricating pump is working and whether the oil circuit is blocked. You can remove the lubricating oil pipe to see if there is any leakage of lubricating oil. As long as one lubrication point is blocked in the progressive diverter used on the pump truck, the other working points will not work. Therefore, once the fault of the lubrication system is checked, it needs to be eliminated one by one until all the lubrication points are out of oil.
3. Hydraulic system failure
Another point is difficult to think of, that is, the piston stroke is not in place, and the lubricating grease does not reach the piston. Check whether the supplementary oil is working properly. The stroke switch sensors in the water tank are one after the other. If they are found to be on the same horizontal line, adjust immediately. , And the other is to jog the piston to see if the proximity switch sensor can sense that the piston is in place. You can rotate the adjustment nut of the travel switch sensor to adjust the up and down position, so that it can sense whether the piston is in place.
4. Pistons of inferior materials are used
Many people are eager to be cheap and buy some pistons that use inferior materials. Due to the poor wear resistance of the materials, the service life of the piston will be greatly reduced. This will lead to frequent replacement of the piston.
Finally, remind everyone that piston replacement must be in accordance with safe operating procedures, do not reach into the water tank or concrete cylinder, and the displacement of the pump truck must be adjusted to the lowest when operating, and the pump truck must be turned off during the disassembly process.
