On August 7, CCHC released its self-developed four hydraulic products: AP4VO112TVN hydraulic axial piston pump, AP4VO112TE hydraulic axial piston pump, MA170W/GS14A01 rotary assembly, and VM28PF main valve.
An appraisal committee composed of relevant experts from engineering machinery research institutes, institutions of higher learning, relevant engineering machinery enterprises, national engineering machinery testing centers and industry management departments, has appraised these four products. Experts believe that these high-end hydraulic products have made breakthroughs in the application of key technologies for localization. The products have filled the domestic gap and have reached the international advanced level of the leading products in the construction machinery market. They have gradually mastered their core technologies and possessed independent innovation capabilities and industry conditions.
Wang Fuchang, inspector of the Equipment Industry Department of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, congratulated CCHC on the breakthrough in hydraulics. He said that now is a critical period for the equipment manufacturing industry to become stronger. In recent years, high-end parts and components, especially high-end hydraulic components and systems for excavators, are still mainly dependent on imports, which has become a bottleneck in the development of the industry. The hydraulic axial piston pump, hydraulic assembly and multi-way valve developed by CCHC have taken the lead in achieving breakthroughs and taken a crucial step on the road to revitalizing China’s equipment manufacturing industry.
Zhong Mo, President of Shandong Changlin Group, said that CCHC will adopt the OEM model, with excellent manufacturing capabilities and proprietary development technology, to tailor products with excellent quality and individuality for OEMs, and accept OEM and OEM products. CCHC has now started the development of new products and is expected to produce high-end hydraulic products with completely independent intellectual property rights at the end of June next year for use by OEMs. The new generation of hydraulic components will enable OEMs to make major breakthroughs in terms of reliability and energy saving and emission reduction.
