1. According to the oil standards for construction machinery, the pollution degree of general hydraulic oil should be controlled at NAS ≤ 8. When new hydraulic oil is filled in barrels at oil stations, the filtration accuracy is required to be 1 to 3 microns.

2. According to the oil pressure design standards of the hydraulic oil circuit of engineering machinery, the filtration accuracy of the hydraulic oil filter can only be limited to a minimum of ≥10 microns, and even the filtration accuracy of the filter elements of some loaders is even greater. If it is less than 10 microns, it will affect the oil return flow and the working speed of the car, and even the filter element will be damaged! The most commonly used choice of hydraulic oil filter element for engineering machinery is: the filtration accuracy is 10μm50%, the pressure range is 1.4~3.5MPa, the rated flow is 40~400L/min, and the recommended replacement time is 1000h.

3. The service life of hydraulic oil is usually 4000-5000h, which is about two years. In spring and autumn every year, the temperature difference between day and night is large. After the excavator stops working at night after working for a day, the oil inside the hydraulic tank is high temperature and the air outside the tank is low temperature. The hot air in the tank meets the cold air outside the tank. It will condense into water droplets at the top of the tank and fall into the hydraulic oil. Over time, the hydraulic oil will be mixed with water. It then evolves into an acidic substance that corrodes the metal surface. Under the dual effects of mechanical operation and pipeline pressure impact, the metal particles falling off the metal surface will be mixed in the hydraulic oil. At this time, if the hydraulic oil is not purified, the large metal particles will be filtered out by the filter element, and the particles smaller than 10 μm will be hydraulically The filter element cannot be filtered out, and the wear particles that cannot be filtered out are mixed in the hydraulic oil and will aggravate the re-wear of the metal surface. Therefore, experts recommend that the hydraulic oil filtration and purification time is 2000-2500 hours or once a year, and when replacing the new oil Also need to be purified. Let the old oil in the system be purified and turn into new oil, and then add new oil, so that the remaining old oil will not contaminate the new oil.

Since frequent replacement of filter elements cannot solve the problem, what should we do?
