Failure analysis: After the safety valve is stuck, all the oil of the working pump flows into the oil return pipeline, and the oil circuit of the oil cylinder and the tank cylinder cannot establish the required work pressure. As a result, the corresponding motivation arm and fighting do not Will move. Such faults are usually caused by poor cleanliness of the hydraulic system. For machines with longer usage time, hydraulic oil and oil absorption filter should be fully checked or replaced.
13. Light loading speed is normal. After exceeding a certain weight, it suddenly does not rise or rises very slowly. The failure of the hot and cold car is basically the same. Fighting can raise it, but it cannot reach a maximum height.
Reason: 1) overload. 2) Setting pressure of the main safety valve of the working allocation valve decreases.
Method: 1. Eliminate overload. Overload will cause early damage to the main safety valve and work pump! 2. Clean the main safety valve and re -calibrate the pressure.
Note: Setting pressure must meet the requirements of the use instructions. Setting pressure Excessive pressure may cause serious damage to the working pump, and the working valve and high -pressure oil pipe!

Reasons: (1) Increase the piston sealing circle of the cylinder prematurely. Judgment method: raise the arm of the moving arm to the highest position, remove one of the piston rod cavity of the piston rod cavity of the cylinder, put the operating arm rod of the working allocation valve at the “elevator” position, and then step on the medium high -speed accelerator to observe the increase of the cylinder interface. There are usually slight leaks, as well as other oil tanks.

Failure analysis: The speed of the moving arm mainly depends on the speed, the efficiency of the working pump, and the leakage of the oil circuit.
