Handling common problems with loaders (26-30)

26. The brake disc overheats during continuous driving. After releasing the brake pedal, it is difficult to start the loader and the brake caliper piston does not return.

Problem causes: The brake pedal has no free travel or poor return, the afterburner seal ring is expanded or the piston is deformed or the piston is stuck by dirt, the return spring of the booster is broken, the rectangular ring on the brake caliper piston is damaged, or the piston is stuck The gap between the brake disc and the friction plate is too small, the brake pipe is dented and blocked, the oil return is not smooth, the brake fluid viscosity is too high or unclean, making the oil return difficult, and the brake valve cannot instantly exhaust
Method of exclusion: Adjust the clearance to reach normal value, clean or replace damaged parts, replace the return spring, clean or replace the rectangular annular piston, adjust the clearance or replace the friction plate with a thinner one, replace and clear the oil line, clean the booster pump or replace it with the same model Brake fluid, replace the brake valve or release its clearance at high speed

27. After connecting the manual control valve, it is easy to pop out

Problem causes: The air pressure is too low to reach 0.35MPa, the manual control valve is damaged, the seal is not tight, the air control stop valve is damaged, and the seal on the parking air chamber piston is damaged
Method of exclusion: Check whether the air compressor is leaking in the pipeline and replace the damaged sealing ring

28. After turning on the starting switch, the starter does not rotate

Problem causes: The starter is damaged, the starter switch knob has poor contact, the wire connector is loose, the battery is insufficiently charged, and the electromagnetic switch contacts are not in contact or burned out
Method of exclusion: Repair or replace the starter, repair or replace the start switch, check whether the connecting wire is secure and charge it, repair or replace the electromagnetic switch

29. After turning on the start switch, the starter idles and cannot drive the engine to run together.

Problem causes:The stroke of the electromagnetic switch iron core is too short, the armature movement or the auxiliary coil is short-circuited or disconnected, the one-way meshing device slips, and the flywheel teeth are severely worn or damaged.

Method of exclusion: Check and repair or replace the electromagnetic switch, repair or replace the coil, replace the flywheel

30. The engine is idling or rotating at high speed, and the ammeter indicates that it is not charging.

Problem causes:Generator armature and field wiring insulators are damaged, slip ring insulation breakdown, silicon diode breakdown, short circuit or open circuit, voltage regulator contacts are burned out, stator or rotor coils are grounded or damaged
Method of exclusion:Inspect and repair damaged parts, replace slip rings, replace diodes, replace regulators, repair stator or rotor coils
