36. When oil mixes with water, the engine oil turns white

Cause of the problem: Insufficient water blockage pressure components can cause water leakage or water blockage. The cylinder head gasket is damaged or the cylinder head is cracked, the body has holes, and the oil cooler is cracked or welded.
Troubleshooting methods: replace the water block, replace the cylinder head gasket or cylinder head, replace the body, check and repair or replace the oil cooler.

37. Diesel mixed with engine oil increases engine oil levels

Cause of the problem: The fuel injector of a certain cylinder is damaged, the needle valve is stuck, the cracked oil head is burned, etc., diesel oil leaks in the high-pressure pump, and the oil pump piston seal is damaged.
Troubleshooting methods: Check, repair or replace the oil cooler, check the calibration syringe or replace it, replace or repair the high-pressure oil pump, replace the oil pump.

38. The engine emits black smoke, which increases as the engine speed increases.

Reasons for the problem: Too much uneven fuel injection or poor atomization, insufficient cylinder pressure, insufficient combustion, oil entering the combustion chamber, and poor diesel quality.
Troubleshooting method: Clean the air filter element to ensure the correct air distribution stage, the high-speed fuel injection pump oil supply advance angle, the piston piston ring cylinder liner is severely worn. If the valve is not closed tightly, the injector should be replaced. Check the oil-water separator and turbocharger for blockage or damage; they should be replaced. Replace the diesel fuel with one that complies with the label, and you should do it correctly. For example, if you slam the accelerator, black smoke will appear.

39. The ZL50C loader is in idling state, and the lowering and lifting speed of the boom becomes slower.

Accompanying phenomenon: When working for a longer period of time, the working hydraulic system generates more heat.
Cause of the problem: The pilot pump relief valve set pressure is low; the pilot pump relief valve spool is stuck or the spring is broken; the pilot pump efficiency is reduced. ;
Troubleshooting method: Reset the pressure to the calibration value of 2.5 MPa; replace the pilot pump relief valve; replace the pilot pump
Failure analysis: The direct reason for reducing the lifting and lowering speed of the boom is the decrease in oil flow to the lifting cylinder. One of the reasons for low cylinder flow is reduced efficiency of the working pump. The actual fuel supply is reduced, and secondly, the opening of the working valve stem becomes smaller. The third is leakage. The above glitch has a slow motion issue due to the rising and falling states. The first and third reasons can be ruled out. The reason why the opening of the valve stem of the working valve becomes smaller is the processing deviation of the valve stem and the valve body. Therefore, this fault exists in the factory, and with the improvement of machining accuracy, such problems are also decreasing. The second reason is that the pilot pressure is too low and cannot push the valve stem to the specified position. In actual measurements, it was found that when the pilot pressure is reduced to 13kgf/cm2, the idling speed will slow down to approximately 17 seconds. During actual maintenance, first remove the safety valve on the pilot pump and observe whether the valve core and return spring are damaged. If normal, reset the pressure after cleaning. If the adjustment effect is not obvious, this is due to the reduction in efficiency of the pilot pump. Only replace the pilot. Pump. In addition, as the oil flow capacity of the valve stem decreases, throttling at the valve port will cause losses, which will directly lead to an increase in system oil temperature. When this fault occurs, because the accelerator is usually at medium and high speeds when working, and the fuel supply of the pump is large, it is usually not obvious when lifting. When descending, it is usually low throttle or idling, and the system fuel supply is reduced. Therefore, The descent speed will be greatly slowed down and special attention should be paid during the inspection.

40. When the whole machine is running normally, it suddenly stops working after engaging the second gear. Check whether the working pressure of this gear and other gears is normal.

Cause of the problem: The clutch shaft is damaged.
Troubleshooting method: Replace the clutch shaft and readjust the bearing clearance.
