Judgment point: When not walking or walking slowly, the main drive shaft rotates quickly and forcefully. When the engine speed is increased, the increase in the speed of the main drive shaft is obviously not proportional to the front and rear drive shafts. The transmission oil pressure in neutral and other gears is normal. After the gears are engaged, the pressure drops significantly.
Cause of the problem: 1) The bearing cap or nylon ring is severely worn. 2) If the bearing cap or nylon ring is in good condition or slightly worn, then confirm that the inner and outer sealing rings of the clutch are not sealed properly.
Troubleshooting method: Replace the corresponding damaged parts, namely the bearing cap or nylon ring, internal and external sealing rings, and readjust the gap between the shaft sleeve and the bearing cap.
Failure analysis: If there is poor or no running in a certain grade, it can eliminate common problems with components in the oil circuit and various gears, such as torque converters, walking pumps and pressure reducing valves. The fault occurs only in the oil line between the shift control valve and the clutch piston. Behind the weak parts such as the bearing cover, inside the nylon ring, the outer sealing ring has been worn, and the oil supplied to the clutch piston chamber leaks a lot from the wearing parts, which causes the oil pressure to drop. In neutral or other gears, the oil will not flow through the wearing parts, so the oil pressure is displayed normally.
42. Automatically moves forward in neutral, and can also be driven normally when the forward gear is engaged.When the reverse gear is engaged, the machine stops running and cannot walk. The working pressure of each gear is normal
Cause of the problem: The main disk and driven disk of the forward clutch are welded and locked; the forward clutch piston is stuck, and the valve seat check valve is blocked
Troubleshooting method: disassemble the forward clutch, clean the oil channel, replace the main friction plate and driven friction plate and related damaged parts, clean all related parts, replace the outer sealing ring, clean and clear the one-way valve, replace the clutch friction plate, and the inner and outer sealing rings .
43. The entire machine will not suddenly move forward during driving, and the working pressure of the speed change will be normal if it does not go back
Reasons for the problem: 1) The variable speed distribution valve is faulty or the accumulator is damaged (40F, 50D 50F). The pneumatic control stem of the variable speed valve is stuck or damaged. 2) The oil inlet is blocked. 3) The accumulator oil circuit is blocked. 4) The air control stop valve is faulty.
Troubleshooting method: Clean the isolation valve stem of the transmission valve or replace the air control valve to clear the relevant oil circuit, repair or replace the pneumatic stop valve
44. The whole machine works normally. It does not turn suddenly. Do not walk without lifting weights. The elastic connecting plate is damaged or the connecting wheel has teeth
Cause of the problem: Remove the elastic connecting plate, the fixing bolts of the elastic coupling plate are damaged, and the coupling gear teeth
Troubleshooting method: Replace the elastic coupling plate and the coupling wheel
45. The operating pressure of the variable speed is normal, and the main drive shaft rotates quickly and powerfully when the entire machine is under heavy load.However, the whole machine could not work normally during the shoveling process, and there was metallurgical powder in the transmission oil
Cause of the problem: The high-speed and low-speed levers do not switch to the low-speed position, or the shift valve is not in the appropriate position, the clutch is damaged, and the front clutch is damaged.
Troubleshooting method: Hang the high and low speed joysticks in the low speed position and readjust the pull rod. Replace the clutch friction plate and damage related parts.
