Cause of the problem: The connecting teeth of the torque converter are broken or the rubber teeth are damaged. Remove the elastic connecting plate of the torque converter. Troubleshooting method: Replace the coupling wheel or rubber teeth, replace the elastic connecting plate, replace the main gear and driven gear or bearing, readjust or adjust the clearance.
48. The whole machine works normally, but the oil temperature is high and the output power is insufficient. Aluminum foam appears in the gearbox oil.
Reasons for the problem: The oil return filter is clogged, the mechanical oil radiator is blocked, the oil return pipeline is not smooth, the bearings are damaged, and the torque converter three wheels are worn.
Troubleshooting methods: Clean or replace the filter element, replace the radiator, clean and clear the oil circuit or replace the oil circuit, replace the bearings, replace the three wheels and adjust the clearance.
49. Low speed or high speed gear
Reasons for the problem: Excessive clearance of the control components or improper adjustment of the adjustment lever, wear of the sliding sleeve and high and low speed gears, too low participation, excessive clearance between the high and low speed gear sleeves and the output shaft, deformation of the shift fork or shift fork shaft The positioning spring is damaged.
Troubleshooting method: adjust the clearance of each relevant tie rod, replace the damaged sliding sleeve and gear, replace the gear bushing and adjust the clearance, replace or repair the shift fork replacement spring.
50. The hydraulic oil in the gearbox increases and the hydraulic oil in the working hydraulic oil tank decreases
Cause of the problem: The oil seal of the working pump or steering pump is aging, and the axial clearance or radial barrier of the working pump or steering pump shaft is too large.
Troubleshooting method: Replace the working pump or steering pump oil seal, repair and inspect the oil pump or replace the oil pump.
