At the same time, if the technical maintenance is done well, it can also extend the large and medium repair cycle of the bulldozer and give full play to its effectiveness.

The following is an introduction to the maintenance method of the fuel system:

1. The fuel used for diesel engines must be selected according to the relevant regulations in the “Fuel Use Regulations” and combined with the local working environment. The specifications and performance of diesel oil should meet the requirements of GB252-81 “Light Diesel”.
2. Oil storage vessels should be kept clean.
3. The new oil should be settled for a long time (preferably seven days and nights), and then slowly sucked out and poured into the diesel tank.
4. The diesel in the diesel tank of the bulldozer should be filled up immediately after the operation is completed to prevent the gas in the tank from being condensed and mixed into the oil. At the same time, give the oil for the next day a certain amount of time to allow water and impurities to settle in the tank for removal.
5. When refueling, keep the operator’s hands clean for oil drums, diesel tanks, refueling ports, tools, etc. When using the oil pump, be careful not to pump up the sediment on the bottom of the barrel.
6. When refueling. Fire is strictly prohibited nearby.
7. The oil quantity should be checked frequently. When it is less than the lower limit of the oil dipstick, it must be filled.
8. The filter screen at the fueling port should be cleaned every 100 hours.
9. Each diesel filter should remove sediment in time according to the working environment, but the maximum interval should not exceed 200 hours. After the sediment is removed, venting should be carried out to avoid problems such as difficulty in starting and insufficient power.
