l. The paper filter element should be taken out every 100 to 200 hours of engine operation, and clean it by blowing vibration or compressed air (pressure not greater than 0.49MPa) from the center of the filter element or gently tapping its end surface. It is strictly forbidden to use any oil or water. Clean.
2. The paper filter element should be replaced after every 1000～2000 hours of work.
3. The internal safety filter element should be replaced every 3000 to 4000 hours of work.
4. The paper filter element must be reliably sealed when installed, and no air leakage or short circuit is allowed.
5. If the paper filter element is blocked by oil, water, etc., which makes the engine exhaust too thick, it cannot be improved after cleaning the filter element or the paper element should be replaced with a new filter element.
6. The connecting pipeline between the outlet of the air filter and the intake pipe of the diesel engine, and the connection between the dust collection chamber of the air filter and the exhaust ejection rubber pipe should be sealed reliably, and no air leakage should be allowed.
7. When the diesel engine is running, it is strictly forbidden to remove the air filter.
After the air filter has been used for a certain period of time, the filter element will become dirty, and the intake resistance of the air filter will also increase. Clean the device, stop it for regular inspection, maintenance or replacement.
