The rotation around its own axis is called “rotation”, and the rotation around the axis of other gears is called “revolution”, just like the planets in the solar system, hence the name.
The planetary gear gaskets are located at both ends of the planetary gears in the planetary carrier. The planetary gears, planetary gear gaskets and needle bearings are riveted on the planetary carrier through the planetary gear shaft.
The function of the planetary gear gasket is to separate the planet carrier from the planet gear to avoid direct friction between the end face of the planet gear and the planet carrier during the rotation process, resulting in abnormalities on the end face of the planet gear or the inner side of the planet carrier. Failure due to wear; the second function of the planetary gear gasket is to block the needle bearing in the planetary gear hole.
Since the needle bearing rotates at a high speed with the planetary gears in the planetary gears, sufficient lubricating oil is required. The lubricating oil mainly passes through the small gap between the planetary gear gasket and the planetary gear, the gap is about 0.2-0.6mm, and the gap between the planetary gear gasket and the planetary gear shaft to lubricate the needle bearing, which will cause the inner hole of the planetary gear The needle roller bearing of the new type cannot get enough lubricating oil. At the same time, the fluidity of the lubricating oil in the planetary gear is not good, and the oil temperature of the inner hole rises quickly, so the needle roller bearing is prone to peeling and failure.
