Pavement cold recycling machine is an environmentally friendly and efficient road construction equipment designed and manufactured to adapt to urban and rural road construction. The machine can be sued to mix up 1-class, 2-class, 3-class and 4-class soil and stabilize materials, and the building stones with a grain size of less than 40mm can be added into the mixing materials.

XLZ2103 road cold recycling machine is a multifunctional road maintenance machine mainly used for the upgrade operations of the used asphalt county and township roads as well as the in-site stabilized soil mixing operations.

1.Weichai turbocharged electronic injection diesel engine system, low emissions, low noise, low fuel consumption, fulfilling the requirements of Chinese Stage III emission standard. Three level power regulation control technology, allowing the machine working in the best fuel consumption area, more energy efficient.

2. Sprinkler system: automatic/manual control mode, user-friendly control, high spraying precision. Sprinkling water pump has self-priming function, can be seamless connected to all kinds of water wheel wagon.

3. Milling system: the grain size of milling material can be adjusted according to the rotor speed and operating speed, so as to ensure the uniformity of material granularity, meeting the requirements of different grading.

Optional rear wheel drive system adapt to complex conditions such as certain degree of muddy, slippery roads.
