Gearbox casing
The outside box was in unaccepted condition, we had to scrape, to degrease and to conserve in the excisting colour.
The coating of the inside box and conserving in the Alunol.
The inside box was in reasonable condition.

Inside first gear set
In way of the spur bevel pinion shaft the toothing performed light scuffing.

Inside second gear set
In way of the toothing the pinion shaft performed light scuffing.
In way of the toothing the gear performed light scuffing and damages.

Inside third gear set
In way of the toothing the gear performed light scuffing and damages.
Renewing of the output hollow shaft.

Seals and bearings were renewed.
Renewing of the clamping sleeve.
Renewing of cell filler plug.
Cleaning and re-using of the oil level gage.
